Most residential projects run 3 days to 3 weeks depending on scope, weather and access. Your written quote includes a projected schedule.
Do you offer final grading?+
Yes — we grade to City of Edmonton spec for grade certificate approvals on new builds, plus regrading on existing lots to fix drainage issues.
Do you install sod?+
Yes — premium locally-grown Kentucky Bluegrass sod, laid on properly prepared and rolled base with tight seams.
Can you build retaining walls?+
Yes — segmental block, natural stone and engineered structural walls with proper drainage and gravel backfill.
Do you install paving stone patios?+
Yes — paving stone patios are a core specialty. We over-excavate, install compacted base in lifts, and finish with polymeric jointing sand.
How soon can work begin?+
During peak season (May–September) we typically book 2–4 weeks out. Off-season projects can often start sooner. The earlier you book, the more flexibility you get on start date.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — MapleLand Landscaping is fully licensed, WCB covered, and carries full liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
Do you offer warranty on your work?+
Yes — we warranty our workmanship. Hardscape base construction, retaining wall integrity, and planting workmanship all carry written warranties.
Can you work with my landscape designer or architect?+
Absolutely — we regularly execute plans drawn by third-party designers and architects.
Do you handle brand-new home lots?+
Yes — we're often the first landscape crew on brand-new Edmonton lots and can coordinate directly with your builder for grade certificate deadlines.
